见微知著

Little & More

The law has always lived in the details.

A single sentence. An overlooked assumption. A conversation had too late. The smallest things shape the biggest outcomes.

At TLLC, we believe clarity is not about seeing more—it's about seeing what truly matters. Every transaction, investment, and partnership is ultimately about people: their ambitions, relationships, and the future they hope to build.

Founded in Singapore in 2026 by XY after 14+ years across private practice, global institutions and boardrooms—built on one simple idea: sophisticated legal advice need not be complicated.

The Chinese phrase "见微知著" means perceiving the bigger picture through the little signs. This philosophy shapes how we work: precise, forward-thinking, and genuinely curious.

TLLC, your trusted counsel for the ventures that make life.

Who We Serve

Who We Work With

No two clients arrive with the same story.

Overview

Some are first-time founders. Others are established businesses, institutional investors, or family enterprises.

Asset owners and family offices

Fund managers and private equity

Multinational corporations

AI and Web3 innovators

Start-ups and scaling businesses

Chinese enterprises expanding into Southeast Asia

Social enterprises and impact investors

Whatever the stage, we see ourselves less as external lawyers than as long-term advisers who grow alongside our clients.

Where We Work

Three practice areas shaped by precision, experience, and genuine curiosity.

Tech & AI

Technology evolves quickly.

Good governance should evolve even faster.

We advise modern companies building with artificial intelligence, digital assets and emerging technologies, helping them navigate regulation while preserving the freedom to innovate. Rather than reacting to today's rules alone, we help clients prepare for tomorrow's expectations.

We walk alongside traditional clients in their transformation. No step is too little. One step leads to more.

M&A

More than numbers, success often depends on human understanding, managing expectations and ways of thinking.

We advise on mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments across Singapore and Asia, particularly where businesses and capital move between China and the region, bringing together commercial judgement, legal precision and practical experience gained from both private practice and in-house leadership.

Contracts

The best contracts are rarely the longest.

They create clarity before disagreements arise.

From commercial agreements and shareholder arrangements to governance frameworks and regulatory compliance, we help organisations build legal foundations that support sustainable growth—allowing management to focus on running the business rather than resolving preventable problems.

Founder

XY, Founder of The Little Law Corporation

XY, Founder & Managing Director

14+ Years • M&A • AI & Governance

XY founded The Little Law Corporation (LLC) after a career as a lawyer (and sometimes in-house counsel) spanning commercial litigation, international arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, investment law, privacy and corporate governance and ESG.

Her experience bridges leading private practice with senior legal and compliance roles at global organisations including Allen & Gledhill, Allianz, Mastercard and GIC, as well as board leadership across Southeast Asia.

This combination of private practice discipline and commercial experience shapes the firm's approach today: legally rigorous, commercially grounded and deeply practical.

Credentials

She holds an Honours Double Degree in Law and Economics from the National University of Singapore, is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (Asia and Europe), holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing and CFA Level I, and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.

Beyond the Practice

Law is only one way of understanding people.

Music, literature and the arts offer another.

Music & Community

Outside the office, XY is a violinist and the founder of Music In Common, a community platform created around the simple belief that music brings people together across backgrounds and professions. She also serves as Chair of the Board of New Opera Singapore.

Writing & Mentorship

She has written two bilingual children's books, mentors founders and social entrepreneurs, has founded businesses and social ventures herself, and remains deeply interested in how law, technology, creativity and human purpose intersect.

Because the most interesting solutions are rarely only legal.

Real Moments

Not the highlight reel. The actual work.
The actual thinking. The actual us.
